Therapeutical workshop- “Dating. How to open for New to come”

Hi! My name is Aleksandra and I am a family constellations therapist. I studied 5 years at the Hellinger Schule in Germany. I also finished trainings in psychosomatics at Institut für Korperzentrierte Psychotherapie in Zurich and various other trainings. I run my counselling practice “Family Code” in Zurich, by the Balgrist Klinik.
I invite you to participate in a therapeutical workshop about dating and how to open for something new, despite difficulties, feelings of fear and being hurt. We will also see to what degree you are open for a new relationship, especially if you have been through a painful breakup.

This workshop is for you, if:

• you are single and you would like to check if you are ready for a new relationship
• you have been through a difficult breakup or divorce and you would like to close it emotionally to be able to move forward
• you have a syndrom of a “savior-woman”, of the one who wants to change her partner
• you had a miscarriage with your ex-partner – quite often grief that couldn’t take proper time does not allow to move forward and create a new relationship
• you are fascinated by men too fast and you tend to give more than you receive

On this workshop we will take a gentle look at the causes of misbalance in a relationship or in the dating phase. We will touch our wounds and take care of them. We will say goodbye to our ex-partners in order to be open for New.

We will also discuss what to consider while choosing a partner, how to put boundaries and how not to deceive ourselves and fall in illusions.
