Inner Chapter ยท Zurich

A Curated Book Club for Personal & Relational Growth

Inner Chapter is a monthly, small-group book club in Zurich that brings together thoughtful reading, guided discussion, and practical reflection. Each meeting is built around a carefully selected book of the month on relationships or personal developmentโ€”serving as a shared reference point that inspires openness, insight, and meaningful exchange.

This is a safe and respectful space to explore personal topics, relationship dynamics, and everyday challenges through conversation and reflection. The book offers structure and inspiration, while the group process allows different perspectives to emerge naturally.

Meetings are facilitated by Aleksandra Bzdzikot – a certified family constellator, drawing on systemic understanding and professional facilitation experience. Alongside discussion, participants are guided through coaching-style exercises, with time to take notes, reflect, and continue the process between meetings.

Group size is limited to 8 participants to ensure depth, participation, and a high-quality experience.

We meet once a month on a Saturday morning for 2,5-3 hours in a local Zurich cafรฉ โ€“ I promise to choose places only with good coffee ๐Ÿ˜Š (you will be informed about the address after your purchased your ticket).

FAQ

No. Inner Chapter is not therapy and does not replace individual or group therapy.
It is a facilitated personal development book club that combines discussion, reflection, and practical exercises. While personal and relational topics may arise, the focus is on learning, insight, and self-reflection in a structured group setting.

While books are central, Inner Chapter goes beyond a traditional book club.
Each session is guided and facilitated, with reflective questions, group dialogue, and coaching-style exercises. The book of the month serves as inspiration and structure, helping participants explore topics more deeply and meaningfully.

The goal is to inspire awareness and gentle, practical change in everyday life.
Each meeting is designed to help you connect insights from the book to your own experiences, relationships, and choices.

Yes. After every session, you will receive simple reflection exercises to take home.
These are invitationsโ€”not obligationsโ€”to continue exploring the themes between meetings and integrate insights at your own pace.

Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to participate by listening, reflecting, and engaging at a level that feels right for you. The group is held as a safe, respectful space, with clear boundaries and confidentiality.

All sessions are facilitated by Aleksandra Bzdzikot – certified family constellator, bringing a systemic and reflective perspective to group dialogue, exercises, and the overall flow of the meetings.

Groups are limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure depth, participation, and a high-quality experience.

Reading the book is strongly encouraged, but perfection is not required. The session will include guided discussion and context so you can still benefit even if you havenโ€™t finished every chapter.

Inner Chapter is for people who enjoy:
โ€ข reflective reading
โ€ข meaningful conversation
โ€ข personal and relational growth
โ€ข small-group settings with structure and depth

If youโ€™re looking for either therapy or a purely casual social book club, this may not be the right fit.
