I invite you to the Female Circle to work with the topic of healthy boundaries.

This workshop is for you, if you:
– have problems with setting your boundaries at work and in relationships
– engage and give a lot without the proper return of time/feelings/money
– have tendencies to overgive in your marriage, partnership and dating life
– would like to be more assertive
– feel that others overuse your time, goodness and help
– do things against yourself or you agree to things you don’t like

When you know your boundaries and when you clearly show them, then you show respect to yourself. This makes other people respect you and your needs, too. But in order to do this, you need to make yourself and your own good and safety your priority.

We work through therapeutical talk, brainstorming and family constellations.
