Hi. My name is Aleksandra and I am a family constellations therapist. I studied at Hellinger Schule in Germany. I also finished trainings in psychosomatics at Institut für Korperzentrierte Psychotherapie in Zurich. I run my counselling practice “Family Code” in Zurich, by the Balgrist Klinik.
I invite you to participate in a family constellations workshop “Christmas cleanse”. The workshop is open for both women and men.Â
This workshop is for you, if you:
– would like to cleanse your relationships and get rid of anger, disappointment and other feelings that cause you pain.
– would like to cleanse your relationships and get rid of anger, disappointment and other feelings that cause you pain.
– feel that the Christmas dinner can be an unpleasant event for you
– feel that it’s time to put boundaries and take care of yourself
– have a problem in a relationship and you would want to see its root causes and find a solution.
It is in the relationships with others that we feel most pain, disappointment and unexpressed anger. On the workshop we will look at family dynamics, bring to light subconscious behavioral patterns and pave new ways of looking at others.
This workshop can be a wonderful Christmas gift for yourself.
We work with the method of family constellations and psychogenealogy.
